Since then, I had a catering business that primarily had sleep-a-way camps as clients, worked as a Sr actuarial corporate trainer and developer for a fortune 500 company, was a sales representative for Sysco and AFI, owned my own trucking and repair business as well as my latest food adventure, Internet Advantage which allowed me to assist both food manufacturers and retailers alike in their food development, marketing and sales. * Since I have been both an employee and an employer, I have a well-rounded understanding of the picture before me.
