Accomplishments * Project manager of a mixed team that migrated 500 users in 6 locations from a mixed network to a Windows domain running active directory including the roll out of new PC's. * Primary project resource for 200 store frame relay rollout. * Responsible for the complete start-up of Turnpike's IT department PMO * Researched current failover method, suggested and project managed solution which saved company $45,000 per month. * Implemented ticketing system to better serve end users in reporting IT issues, increasing department efficiency.
