Responsibilities and Skills: * Provided on-site support to 35 Dallas County locations Install desktop and laptop computer systems * Repair/replace desktop and laptop hardware Perform Active Directory functions * Image computer systems via PXE boot and Ghost Perform Configuration Manager functions * Install and test various software applications Configure Wireless and VPN settings * Troubleshoot network communication problems Repair network cables and data jacks * Repair HP, Dell, Xerox, Fujitsu, and Epson printers Install and configure network/ local printers * Provide "after hours/on-call" service and support Research/order computer and printer parts * Document service calls using the Heat ticketing system Maintain equipment inventory using Wasp * Train customers to use Windows 7 and Windows 10 Provide excellent customer relations service
