Mr. Eichin has an inactive clearance. and, Space Frame Laser Demolition Project, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, CA Aug 2011 I was the Safety Officer for the Space Frame Demolition Project. The job included removal of a steel structure that supported the high- powered laser. A lift plan had to be written for any materials that weighed more than 100 lbs. I was only on the job for 7 days when DOE cancelled the project and we were evicted from the site due to a funding issue. when completed will be the third largest computer chip manufacturing facility in the world. During the project we were visited by Fed OSHA and were one of the few contractors on site that passed the audit with no violations.
