Results - To date all moves accomplished in a timely manner and with zero degradation to mission readiness. Led efforts to identify address negotiate and resolve at-risk construction and post construction concerns facing new secure and collateral facilities. Results - These critical facilities are tracking for final accreditation necessary for operational execution. * concerns of poor "construction quality" by Korean contractors to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense level Korea/U.S. Integrated Defense Dialog meetings. Results - Korean leadership has undertaken concerted efforts to address and resolve this issue with contractors bringing several facilities back on schedule. * Led efforts to restructure the component responsible for coordinating unit moves. Results - A new charter Standard Operating Procedures and Colonel level meetings are in place improving the overall process while reducing the time requirement of general officer engagement in half.
