SUMMARY OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Wrote a chapter for Matt Kinsella's next book on "Addressing the Needs of Our Existing Workforce" (2017) currently working on writing a book on the future of work, learning and development in the US. * Six Box analyzed three organizations within Amgen to determine performance gaps, learner behavior change, application of learning to current job and other factors. Delivered data analysis and executive summary to Amgen's Executive Senior Leadership Team. Worked with the lines of business to align Amgen business results with existing training curriculum and portfolios received Six Box Performance Management Certification in August of 2017 2015 - 2017 * Analyzed an existing leadership program for Xilinx and put together a recommendation for a global leadership program for three tiers of management including executive class coaching, mentoring programs and leadership 101 for new managers and directors. 2014 - 2015 * Collaborated closely with Senior Leadership within PG&E Office of Change Management, Human Resources and the PG&E Learning Academy in support of the new PG&E safety management system rollout in user acceptance, skills analysis and training program development and rollout after the San Bruno explosion and in response to subsequent court mandates. 2013 - 2014 * Collaborated with SAP Global Sales Effectiveness leadership to align immediate and future learning objectives to SAP sales business objectives to mitigate pipeline and strategy risks around training for existing SAP Database and Technology products and new product launches for 2013 to promote sustainable training and reduce number of days out of the field. The result was a reduction in time the SAP D&T sales staff spent out of the field by twelve business days per year at a cost savings of just under $1M USD. 2012 - 2013 * Analyzed existing Cisco Systems Compliance portfolio and designed a strategic learning plan to ensure the global organization met compliance standards prior to end of fiscal year. (2010-2012) * Consulted with the Office of Personnel Management's GoLearn program on their new Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting vehicle managing at team of consultants to meet the objectives of supporting the audit of existing systems and gathering requirements from the fifteen executive departments.
