PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Has been a SAFe-SPC4, SAFe-RTE, CSM certified Agile Transformation Consultant, Coach, RTE, Scrum Master and PMP certified project/program manager with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, financial, retail, software, manufacturing and IT domains. Has been a consultant with Temenos Agility and has conducted various SAFe 4.5 workshops such as SA, SASM and POPM. He has managed several strategic initiatives including those at UHG, Wells Fargo, Northern Trust and Naviata. He has worked as Agile Coach and RTE at UHG with large programs such as Polaris and PDUM. He has led a large compliance project at Wells Fargo to enhance profiling capabilities across its diverse Wealth Management portfolio. He successfully delivered on Target2-Securities (T2S) project at Northern Trust in response to European Central Bank's new pan-European single settlement system. He has led diverse programs and projects over 20 years. He has guided, mentored, and coached team members in Agile frameworks and helped them deliver on large and complex projects and has worked in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
