Summary: I have been a RN for 26 years. I started working with people and health/wellness when I was in High School. I worked in the hospital setting with Ortho, Neuro, Pediatrics, Mom and baby, NICU, Med-Surg and Cardiac units. I have been in home health care for 12 years. I have worked as a field nurse, and over the past 19 months I have been DON for a home health care agency working directly with patients, employees, and leading them successfully in maintaining great patient care, achieving accreditation, and fostering a comfortable, healthy work environment.
