SUMMARY * 13 plus years of total experience (Manual + Automation) in the field of Information Technology. * 6 years of experience in automation testing using HP UFT (QTP) and Quality Center. Identifying the automation tool and implementation. Development of HP QTP Automation framework. * Experience testing Point of Sale, Web based, Saas and Client-Server applications with effective use of testing practice. * Firm grasp of software testing, Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. * Experience in Web services testing using REST API and SOAP UI. Patient portal testing, HL7 testing, Mobile testing for native iPad app, POSReady2009 (Triversity) for POS applications, JIRA, SCCM. * Proven track record of successfully meeting project objectives by staffing, leading and managing QA teams and multiple concurrent projects, exhibiting a high level of self-motivation as well as a high-performance individual contributor. * Independent, positive, accountable, enthusiastic, a true team player and self-starter. Debugging the scripts The project includes testing of the SITA's new SIEBEL based application - BOSS which would be replacing SITA's Router and Lease Line Configuration Tools "Fileade" and "OPAS". The features of the Router and Lease Line configuration tool were merged together to develop the SITA's new SIEBEL based application - BOSS. The tool would accept the configuration parameters for the Router and the Lease line and put them in a form and send it across and track them till the physical network setup * Testing of proprietary web-based CRM tool for client end order tracking. * Testing www.core-ct.sita.aero on Microsoft Internal Explorer browser's v 5.0 and above. * Reporting Test Analysis to the Development Team (based in Atlanta and Paris) for necessary action. * Escalation of critical issues and ensure follow-up of the same on Weekly Conference Call.
