Hired in response to Federal Reserve audit findings regarding Program/Project Management. * Designed and staffed the PMO and Program Management delivery organizational structure and framework. * Developed and deployed Fifth Third 'grass roots' Project Life Cycle (PLC) consisting of the new standard methods, processes, templates and tools guided by COBIT and FFIEC standards. * Established the program governance structure and oversight for PMO and decentralized program execution. * Established an Enterprise Program Management team to lead the more complex, high-risk programs, as well as to support decentralized program execution. * Established formal Portfolio, Resource and Program Management.
