Summary: * Network Engineer with 6+ Years' experience in design, implementation, configuration of Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls. * Troubleshooting & fine-tuning of Firewalls, VPN configuration, network related problems in Enterprise & Data Center. * Experienced in implementing and configuring protocols such as HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, ICMP, IGMP, PPP, HDLC, PAP, CHAP, and SNMP. * Experienced in working with Cisco routers and switches implementing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS BGP and MPLS on edge routers and so. * Experienced in handling Network Monitoring tools and Packet capture tools (NAM, New Relic, OPNET, Fiddler, NetFlow, Wireshark, Sniffer). * Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting of routing protocols RIP v1/v2. * Knowledge of Subnetting IPv4/IPv6 addresses and IP address management. Experienced with Windows server products and Linux server products. * Worked on network topologies and configurations, TCP/IP, UDP, Frame Relay, bridges, routers, hubs and switches. * Experience in configuring ASA, PIX, AAA, L2 and L3 Security. * Experienced in firewall architecture and configuration for enterprise class firewalls, Palo Alto, Checkpoint etc * Worked with virtual servers using VMware. * Experienced in configuring and Troubleshooting BIG-IP F5 load balancer LTM, Creating Virtual Servers, Nodes, Pools and iRules on BIG-IP F5 in LTM module. * Responsible for switching tasks such as VTP, ISL/ 802.1Q, IPsec and GRE Tunneling, VLAN, Ether Channel, STP RSTP, PVST+. * Strong hands on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Cisco 7600, 7200, 3800, 3600, 2800, 2600, 2500, and 1800 series routers, Cisco Catalyst 6500, 4500, 3750, 2950, and 3500XL series switches & migration to Nexus 7000 using OTV from 6500 series. * Experience with Cisco IOS XR on ASR9000, 12000 series routers. * Moderate knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Wireless Networks: LWAPP, WLC, WCS, Standalone Aps, Roaming, Wireless Security Basics, IEEE 802.11 a/b/g, RF spectrum characteristics. * Experience working with Microsoft, VMware, SolarWinds, Active Directory and related technology. * Implementation of Juniper Firewall, SSG Series, Netscreen Series ISG 1000, SRX Series. * Worked on Juniper Netscreen Firewalls like, NS50, SSG 550M, SSG520M, ISG 1000, and ISG 200. * Experience in Designing and assisting in deploying Enterprise wide Network Security and High Availability Solutions for ASA. * Experience with convert Checkpoint VPN rules over to the Cisco ASA solution. Migration with both Checkpoint and Cisco ASA VPN experience. * Good knowledge and experience in installation, configuration, and Administration of Windows 2000/2003, HTTP, FTP, DNS, NTP, DHCP servers under various LAN and WAN environments. * In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on IP Addressing, Sub netting, VLSM and ARP, reverse & proxy ARP, Ping Concepts
