Twenty-Five years' experience in capital program engineering and construction administration from conceptual design through completion Direct participation in the preparation and review of plans and specifications and cost estimates Provided oversight of contractor and consultant contracts Developed scope of work for RFQ's and RFP's made recommendations on the selection of contractors and negotiated contracts.
