SUMMARY Experienced self-directed Administrative Performance Support Team Leader in a Public Social Services arena. Managed and supervised a Division of approximately 120 full-time Case Managers, Eligibility workers, Employment Services Workers, Social Workers and Customer Service Workers. Performed administrative duties which included the administration of a multi-million dollar budget hiring, training and supervision of staff establishing and monitoring key outcome indicators for division programs addressing performance and conduct problems with staff including corrective action and disciplinary measures participating on numerous boards and community groups and assisting the Director of Social Services with leading and managing the Department.
