Headquarters and the NBA league office related to product marketing merchandising retail activation and brand marketing strategies and execution. Responsible for meeting/exceeding adidas' US/NBA P&L targets. Advised the product creation process per NBA specific categories. Drove cross-functional teams to build NBA product lines and deliver to market including product management design development sourcing sales marketing collateral operations and headwear teams. Coordinated with adidas' Global Basketball Team on authentic On Court product offerings and interpret this range for US retail. Directly responsible for the marketing team and related budgets needed to drive revenues and meet NBA contractual criteria.
