Summary An accomplished Service Professional for 20 years in multiple areas. Supply chain / Customer relationship retention and optimization. As supply chain manager I plan, order, receive, and manage the service parts globally. In customer success my role is to keep our customers as successful as possible in using our product. As Sr. Manager I am responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. I work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product and services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
