Mr. Lee has extensive experience implementing versions 10 11 and 12 of the Oracle EBS Suite of Financials for most commercial business sectors including Retail Manufacturing Healthcare Software and Services as well as all levels of government in the United States. He has also implemented companies in Canada Mexico Switzerland and France. He has been employed on a fulltime basis to exclusively implement upgrade and support Oracle EBS by the following consulting companies: Implemented with the Oracle Financials Global Solution team to design, roll-out and support all Oracle Financials modules used on the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) program including: General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Project Contracts, Projects Billing and Costing, Receivables, Time and Labor, Human Resources and Federal Administrator. Directly involved with the go-live of 7 Federal agencies and maintaining daily support of more than 5000 users. Conferred regularly with the various team leads to suggest improvements and streamline the processes. Received public praise from the agency director for a job well done. Greatbatch Manufacturing Oracle 11i Receivables Payables and General Ledger for a large U.S. based medical device manufacturer. Delivered completed BR100 configuration documentation training packages and banking interface specifications on time. Provided end user training sessions to users in France and Switzerland. Software Designed and documented recommended GL processes. Analyzed business gaps and recommended solutions. Configured the application and loaded data into multiple instances and kept them all synchronized while performing CRP SIT and UAT testing cycles. Coordinated and completed the conversion of all of the legacy data to the new version. Managed a team of approximately 20 consultants in the Applications Services branch on the HIGLAS project for more than a year. The team was tasked with all of the Beta Alpha and Production testing for the system tracking the finances of all of the healthcare and insurance companies servicing Medicare nationwide. Interacted daily with client upper management team to coordinate the coding testing and implementation of requested enhancements. Worked vigorously to improve the testing effort to the level the client expected and deserved. Implemented automated testing rigorous regression and performance testing. Also implemented more quality control at various points and managed the successful effort to attain CMMI Level II certification for the project. Began work on the project as a member of the Testing team. Assisted in creating a test plan to include all stages of applications testing such as Integration Test System Test and User Acceptance Testing. Created test scenarios wrote test scripts and demonstrated the processes for the client and IV&V. Primarily responsible for testing and troubleshooting customizations and extensions for Oracle Projects Payables and Purchasing. All of the requirements scenarios and test results were documented in Mercury Test Director. This effort also involved extensive use of UNIX SQL and Toad along with an in depth understanding of Oracle functionality. Transitioned into the GL team lead role before go-live in April 2005. Responsible for all GL duties and for helping the client to understand their new roles and responsibilities. Functions of role included creating budget uploads producing reports troubleshooting system problems and ultimately keeping the Federal General Ledger in balance with the subledgers.
