Summary of profession I have many years of experiences in research/Government offices: Ethiopian Inst. of Agric Res./EIAR/ and Southern Agric Res. Inst., /SARI/ Ethiopia/, publications on various fields, reviewing research manuscripts from national and international journal publishers served as major, co-advisor and examiner for MSc students from universities taught soil fertility and management course at diploma level skill in computer (word, excel, power point), computer soft-wares (SAS, MSTATC) trained researchers on biometry, data analysis and interpretation, experts from Regional Bureau of Agriculture worked together with international organizations presented research papers at national, regional and international conferences participated in establishing new research centers at regional levels and knowledge on Participatory Rural Appraisal/PRA/ used to be vice president and associate editor for Agronomy and Crop Physiology Society of Ethiopia/ACPSE/
