CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Operations and project management has been the focus of much of my career. Looking critically at how the organization that operates and taking an analytical approach to figuring out how to make the adjustments to improve the business. Transformational change at times and transitional change at others to create a long-term viable business model for the enterprise. I have had the opportunity to work with projects in 50+ countries in both Spanish and English. Entrepreneurs just starting their companies to huge multinational corporations that have been around for a long time. For Spring Energy, a multi-billion-dollar Oil company in Zambia, that was to help them establish key partnerships with companies outside their local market to double their sales. For Klara communication, the largest communications companies in Guatemala, we put together key strategies in the middle of an economic crisis to not only stabilize their business but allowed them to expand into new market sectors. As COO of Filta I was able to improve operating efficiencies by over 50%. Through these experiences and many others, it has given me a varied skill set that is unique to the corporate world today. Skills such as creativity, leadership, communication, focus and drive that I have been blessed to cultivate and utilize daily.
