SUMMARY: * Over 6 years of total experience in Client Server and Web Applications, as QA Tester with QA Management skill. * Good experience in defect tracking, defect resolution and defect follow up with SDLC Team. * Extensively experienced in setting and configuring QA Environments. * Experienced in test development, scheduling and execution, test strategy, test project management, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). * Ability to interact with cross functional team like Analyst, Development, Production Support Team to get and deliver Highest standard of Quality software in each release. * Good knowledge of Test Plan development, business requirement gap analysis, and review test plan and impact analysis for each release. * Proficient at writing Test Plans and Strategies by following different QA Methodologies with knowledge of Agile Testing. * Proficient in Automation, Manual, Black Box, Functional, Positive, Negative, UAT, Integration, System, Validation, Regression Testing. * Extensive use of Defect tracking tool HP Quality Center/ALM. * Extensively experienced in using HP Quality Center/ALM for test planning, bug tracking and reporting. * Extensively experienced in writing SQL queries to perform Backend testing. * Excellent experience in Database technologies and SQL queries. * Good scripting Knowledge in VB for HP/Mercury Quick Test Professional. * Extensively experienced in using VBScript for logical implementation in object identification mechanism. * Proficient with automation testing, Quick Test Professional/UFT and developing function libraries in VB script for QTP/UFT. * Experienced in reviewing Project Requirements (BRS), design documents and business documents. * Strong understanding about multiple IT technical platforms, and application development methodologies. * Experienced in the designing and implantation of Software Quality Assurance standards and practices. * Proficient in requirements analysis, design, risk analysis, and prioritization skills on multiple or large sized software development projects. * Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills with a strong desire to collaborate to accomplish tasks and resolve issues.
