Managing & implementation of Human Resources Policies and Procedures, Manpower Planning, Costing, Budgeting. * Manpower Selection, Recruitment, Short listing of candidates and Interview, Online applicant search\/Salary Administration based on regional wage rate / Employee & / Industrial Relation, / Staff Welfare / Accommodations and Training dev In-house, abroad or TESDA.. Employee evaluation and Appraisals. * Labour Control / Store & Stock / Asset & Inventories / Camp Facilities & Maintenance / Water Stations / Transportation. * In-charge of Sports & Recreation / Vehicle Insurance & Maintenance / Workers Accommodation / Air ticket bookings. * MEP Coordinator (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for Camp, Hotel & Building Maintenance. * Supervised the implementation of Camp, Building & Hotels Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM). * Manage, update, submit report of Employee's 201 files, leave ledger, Manpower Reports, Trainings & Appraisals on regular basis per CEO requirement. * Knowledge on Factory set up (based on PEZA, BOI, DOJ, DOLE, BFP, DENR Pollution Control, Electricity, Internet, Corporate Secretary Certificate, Garbage Disposal, Warehousing, Manpower Recruitment, Building permits and Local permits. Factory As-Built Drawings and Electrical layout. * Handle legal issues between Employee / Employer disputes based on CBA DOLE-BWC, NLRC, ECC regulations. * Experience in Unionized company dealing with Employee/Employer Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). * Excellent written & oral communication skills (Business letters, Memo, Fax, Email, Contracts. MOM). * Managing local contributions for SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF (Pag-ibig), BIR & exemptions. * Document Control such as HRMS/HRIS, EDMS, iDocs, E-Cosmos, Xythos, WinPCS, QMS, PDDM. * Advance knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Internet operations & CISCO telecom system. * Advance proficiency in Lotus Notes, MS/word, Excel, Power point, Adobe pro, Hyperlink, Pivot table, Signage. * Knowledge on processing of visas from different embassies, airline and hotel booking local/international. * Processing of Corporate Secretary certificates for company's third party authorization requirements. * Knowledge on all aspects of Engineering documentations & Drawings, Handover, Close out & Safekeeping pertaining to Civil, mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Process, Piping, Soil testing, Method Statement, Water proofing, SOW, QAC, BOQ, NCR, RFI, MCC in Oil & Gas and Construction industries. HUMAN RESOURCES DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide strategic organization and leadership to human resources management team. * Provide coaching and counseling to Managers on manpower needs, hiring, budgeting, cost control. * Manage the immigration and POEA activities for deployment of workers overseas including day to day strategic direction to support business needs. * Manage the local employee's benefits programs by understanding and proposing appropriate benefits coverage and maintain responsibility for the communication and implementation of benefits based on ECC law. * Conducts exit interviews in order to identify the reason for employee's decision or termination. * Promotes and implements of Human Resources best practices and strategies in the organization. * Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. * Salary administration based on regional wage board, position, benefits and ECC laws. * Implements and suggests organizational development to increase the productivity and employee's satisfaction. * Develop and designs the implementation of Human Resources events camaraderie and activities that will motivate the employees to increase the production output and provide healthy work environment. * Develops and implement policies such as disciplinary procedures, working conditions, performance management and other long term and immediate requirements of the employees. * Analyzes statistical data, identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices. * Monitors and assures the completeness all the documents in the department such as 201 files, policies, hand books, and job descriptions. * Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees scheduling management conferences with employees hearing and resolving employee grievances counseling employees and supervisors. * Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
