PROFILE * Technically experienced professional with more than Four years of experience working on both highway and structural construction * Construction-document and drawing literate, with knowledge of all phases of construction. * Costing and Estimation of the project and building materials * Experience and proficiency in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling and construction. * Construction Superintendent on various bridgeworks, structural concrete slabs, mass excavation and rough/finish grading, underground utilities, Drainage works, RCC retaining walls. * Coordinates technical details of architectural, civil and structural works, including fields of landscaping, acoustics, interior design, groundbreaking, surveying foundations and essentially, the overall structure of the project. * Implements the Construction Project Management (CPM) Plan for the project and ensures that the contractors and suppliers comply with the established procedures and instructions ensuring the expeditions implementation and timely delivery of the project. * Supervises the progress of the project. Inspection of Contractor or (sub) Contract operations to ensure compliance with contract * Conduct quality inspections * Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts * Monitor costs, including labor time and material * Maintaining records of materials and plans throughout the project.. * Hands-on experience to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, construction drawings, etc., in order to plan time, materials, labor and cost estimates * Comprehensive knowledge of inspecting and evaluating the roadway, bridge structures, Irrigation structures and commercial building
