As a Manufacturing Process Engineer I supported 9 production lines involving CNC machining, stamping, finishing, assembly and packing of mechanical and electromechanical products. Most recently, as a manufacturing engineer for a medical device contract manufacturer I developed and validated new processes and supported existing operations. Manage multiple new product development projects involving high volume injection molded plastic parts, deep drawn metal stamping and the finishing / decorating to customer demands. Responsibilities include project management of all plastic molded products involving cross functional inter-company teams.
