Skills Summary I was hired and employed with the Chief of Naval Education and Training, (CNET), now Naval Education and Training (NETC) for 30 years. I was fortunate to start from the ground up as a GS-1 (Worker Trainee) in 1987 and was employed with that organization until I retired this year, 2017 as a GS-13 (Deputy Director for Contracts and Facilities at SWOS). During that time, I was trained and performed duties in the following areas: NETC Headquarters - Program Analyst (N6), Comptroller Division, N8 (Manpower Division as a Manpower Analyst), EEO Manager (N1), Contract Management (N4), Logistics, Supply (N4), Training Assessment Division (N9), Surface Engineering Training (N7). CNE/SWOS - Functional Integration/Training Directorate (Metrics) (N5), Resource Plans and Requirements (N9), and Contracts and Facilities Directorate (N4).
