Constructed 400 person base camp, 4 schools, and a community center near Dangriga, Belize. • 2004 - Senior Engineer Planner and Developer for multi-national Department of Defense exercise, Dominican Republic. Renovated coast guard base to house U.S. and other Caribbean and south American servicemen and women. • Additional duties included technical photo-journalist, and Information System Manager of forty laptop design stations.
