PROFILE * Dynamic and competent professional with 9.0+ years of valuable experience in production, Design Engineering. * Hands on experience on Casting Simulation Tools like Magmasoft 5.2 and Magmasoft 5.3 * Hands on experience in 2D & 3D modeling using Pro-E, Maintaining Bill of Materiel, Large Assemblies. * Hands on experience on Designing of Injection mold Dies, Valve Casting, Sheet metal, Plastics components. * Hands on experience in training students on CAD tools- AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid-Works, Catia, UG, MAGMA 5.2 & 5.3 * Understanding of all aspects governing operational and production activities and up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations/ guidelines and statutory compliances in the industry. * Effective resource planning/ optimization, focusing on waste reduction, enhancing productivity and profitability. * Ability to use sound judgment, decision-making skills and thrive in a deadline intensive environment, multi-task, perform under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong leader & team builder with proven ability to motivate team members towards achieving targets. * Multi-lingual with proficiencies in English, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil.
