SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * I have worked extensively in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at various call centers. During these employments I have spoken to customers to resolve their issues regarding accounting/billing, troubleshooting (cell phones and computers, specifically), educating them about their products and explaining our services (protection plans, warranties, etc.) to them. These calls oftentimes included "de-escalation" in order to calm an irritated customer and build rapport. * I was previously self-employed as owner/operator of a small video rental store. During this time I was responsible for purchasing inventory, maintaining records of customer accounts and monies received/exchanged, filing business income tax forms, contacting customers regarding late returns, late fees, etc., and marketing new videos available and promotional events. * While employed at Amazon.com distribution center I was responsible for various jobs including dock receive of products, Quality Inspection of High Risk Valuables (HRV) - watches, jewelry of high value. I also worked in the "picking, " "stowing, " and "packing" departments, including inventory control and adjustment (both manually with a hand scanner and computer entries.) * * Excellent spelling and grammar customer relations/rapport-building skills, both in person and via telephone. Very proficient at interpreting and following received information and conveying clear information in person, via telephone, and through written form. Possess above average proficiency in mathematics.
