Experienced with all phases involved with Pre-Commissioning and Startup of process utilities units, Routine operational and troubleshooting activities, P&ID, PFD, Data Sheet, equipment's drawing, control logic, loop and functional test, equipment inspection, vassal and system purging, hydro testing, tightness test, air steam blowing, blasting, chemical cleaning, vassal loading, inspection, dry out circulation etc. * Responds properly to all area emergencies, including loss of power, steam, cooling water, instrument air, fires, and other dangerous and unusual situations, following Emergency Procedures, and utilizing safety equipment and systems in order to maintain the safety of the process and equipment * Communicates with all outside operators in order to effectively troubleshoot abnormal conditions and promptly respond to emergency situations * Worked in 12 hours rotating shift 4/4 days off/on. Commissioning Experience: * Fully aware about Single loop and cascaded controllers, PLC sequence controllers, Working knowledge of BAILEY VMS system and CONDUCTOR NT systems, etc Extensively trained on and practiced various safety systems Like PTW, Risk assessment, Gas Testing, Including safety audits, emergency response and rescue, HAZOP. Having Experience and understanding of process engineering deliverables P& ID, PFD, Data Sheets, Equipment Drawings, Control Logic, Loop & Functional Tests, equipment Inspections, Troubleshooting& Rectification, Vessel & System purging, Hydro testing, Tightness test, Air/ Steam Blowing, Blasting, Chemical Cleaning, Vessel Loading/ Inspection, Dry out circulation, etc. * Computer-literate performer with extensive Microsoft office proficiency.
