Work Experience Summary: * Work experience includes 30 years of Construction & Project Accounting related work - directly for Real Estate (RE) Developers / Owners as well as working for General Contractors / Construction Management (CM) firms - for projects ranging from $50M up to $1B, operating at all levels of responsibility - from Accountant to CFO. * Extensive on-site project work experience working closely with project teams - including Engineers, Architects, Superintendents, Project Managers, and Owner representatives. * Ability to work independently and via remote access when available. * Work experience includes being a full-time CFO for a major Construction Management firm in New York City (from 2008 - 2011).
