Michael Bennett, MBA/CPA brings an extensive background both in domestic and international business that encompasses: accounting, finance, management, fund raising, taking companies public and corporate governance. Mr. Bennett is also current on regulations of SEC/FINRA, Listing boards such as NYSE, NASDAQ, FTSE, HKEx and etc. This extensive background is the result of having been a CPA (inactive), CFO, CEO, Audit Committee Chair for several Board of Directors and lecturer (California State University-Fullerton, University of Hawaii, Chaminade and Chapman University) As part of the role of having been the above Mr. Bennett has been active in fund raising (both debt and equity raises), taking companies public and resultant corporate governance issues and cross border transactions.
