SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS 30 years experience in EPA regulations and methods of compliance including municipal and industrial wastewater, hazardous waste, solid waste, air, asbestos, drinking water, and vehicle emission testing. Strong communication/presentation skills translates technical information into easily understood terms, educating all levels of personnel, from department trainees to non- compliant company CEOs and the regulated community. Exceptional interpersonal skills interacts professionally with EPA personnel, WDNR bureaus, attorneys, company CEOs, environmental groups, and technical staff to effectively coordinate projects. Detail-oriented interviews employees, witnesses and defendants, compiles/analyzes information and documents to determine compliance and to refer cases to the Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ). PROVEN ACCOMPLISHMENTS Conducted interviews, analyzed reports and information to develop civil and criminal cases (including conducting search warrants, surveillance and installed GPS monitoring devices). Co-authored and presented a research paper at Purdue University's 52nd Industrial Waste Conference and at Central States Annual Meeting on Hauled Waste Issues. Published in the proceedings of the 52"" Industrial Waste Conference, Purdue University and Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association, Fall Newsletter, 1997.
