COLE MANAGEMENT / Innova Health & Rehab & Cheltenham Nursing Administrator, New Jersey & Pennsylvania (2008) NJ: 220 bed SNF/Sub Acute Facility PA: 240 bed LTC Facility * Interim Administrator on-boarded to bring communities into regulatory compliance. * Increased Medicare days while reducing re-hospitalizations. * Stabilized staffing, improved CMI, transitioned new Administrators. PA (2006-2008) Responsible for creation and implementation of marketing strategy to promote new accounts (skilled nursing facilities and assisted living) and customer service initiatives to reduce client turnover. * Increased profitability to both client facilities and the pharmacy by promoting and implementing systems which maximized the use of medication interchanges stream-lining ordering and receiving of medications and multi-dose packaging. Developed and implemented strategies to transition new client facilities educate and in-service nursing departments and fostered customer service through better collaboration between the facility and pharmacy.
