COVER LETTER: To whom it may concern I received a notice that you are seeking an experienced Urgent Care physicians for either part time or full time work. I am currently a practicing part time Internist with extensive experience in both urgent care and emergency medicine. I have been Medical Director and a team member of both private organizations and level I trauma centers. Upon completion of my internship, I was Medical Director and primary physician for the Walk In Family Medicine Center in Coral Springs. We were one of the first original offices considered as an urgent care center. After completing residency in Internal Medicine, I was employed by Memorial Regional Hospital. My professional role was primarily as a single coverage physician for the station I trauma department. And during this time, we would be asked to fill in at the community health centers and the urgent care walk in. For the record I was the original physician to staff the Dania Primary Care Center. I am extremely comfortable with working with children and adults. I still perform, on my patients when needed, the variety of office testing seen in an urgent care center. Simple wound care is also not an issue. I have been suturing people up and managing the walking wounded for many years. My current schedule allows me the flexibility to work as much or as little as needed. My availability would be both weekends and week days as needed. I have included my CV and resume for your review.
