Career Highlights I have Intellectual Property in collaboration portals to enhance cross functional communication and organizational efficiency which has previously deployed across Health Care Providers (HCA), Healthcare Consultants (Studor Group), and Payers (BCBSVT). I successfully sold my software development and consultancy business and looking for new challenges. Entrepreneurial Leader with 3 Successful launches in the last decade in Medical Equipment, B2B Portal Software and Highly Automated Capital Equipment for the Semiconductor/Solar Manufacturers. All have led to successful exits for all stakeholders by utilizing my hands on management style and building a collaborative work environment ramping from start up to over $1B in sales. I have closed over $1B in valuations both buy side and sell side of transactions including taking an international division of a NASDAQ company private with fixed assets in the US, Europe and Ireland leading all legal vetting as well. Most recently, in the 2 years, I have completed strategic planning and financing projects for Consumer Products and Services Companies in Health/Wellness, including in human and animal Supplements, anti-aging skin care products, nutraceuticals, and wound care products. I am still deeply involved in the entire global supply chain for these CPG as a consultant to bring new products to market including FDA and ISO certified manufacturing, brand management and world wide sales channels including Direct, Distribution, Internet, Food, Drug, Mass Retailers, Resorts, Spas, and Vets/MD's as well as in country agents meeting registering requirements in over 54 countries.
