This complicated change management effort required close coordination across the Disney enterprise to mitigate operational impact to critical business functions within the enterprise. Results: The program was highly successful in the transition and served to better integrate a number of business systems between the Disney and ESPN technology groups in anticipation of strategic corporate restructuring.
