SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Coordinate and develop schedules with clients including dates for project lead times, application filing, proposal bids, vendor submittals * Deft experience in preparing mechanical specifications and procurement of several equipments for clients and vendors including centrifugal pumps, vertical turbine pumps, metering/positive displacement pumps, steam boilers, air-cooled water chillers, thermal fluid heaters, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and atmospheric vessels. * Proficient knowledge and practice of engineering computer applications for hydraulic and thermal expansion analysis including Pipe-Flo, Elite Fire Sprinkler Protection * Design utility systems such as fire protection, natural gas, potable water, compressed air, and steam & condensate for process requirements. * Gather cost estimation of materials and labor for client review. * Accurate review of P&IDs and PFDs to ensure functional and efficient operation of systems. * Manage team of piping designers and engineers to produce engineering design documentation and analysis for client. * Oversee contracted field contractors to answer project site erection issues. * Highly organized and efficient work practices as well as a willingness to learn and mentor in a team-oriented work environment.
