Currently Manages the technical and day to day operations and maintenance of 8 MPF T-AKR 310 Class LMSR's and seven port engineers in FOS under MSC PM-3. Expert Naval Maintenance Manager & General and Program Manager with extensive experience managing complex commercial engineering plants, container vessels, US Navy Ships & Submarines, Special Warfare Submersible Manned Vehicles, and USNS (MSC) Navy Fleet assets. Authored a complete and comprehensive End to End (E2E) strategy of proposal development that ensured all aspects of quotes and proposals were vetted through all stake holders for technical accuracy, completeness and deliverability. Served as gatekeeper and final editor for all technical proposals in the E2E Process.
