Description
Facilitated Work to increase student achievement and improve the implementation of SFAF programs by providing training and consultation to schools. * Develop and maintain an ongoing positive, professional relationship with school administrators and staff, actively promoting and sustaining the SFAF programs. * Work with point schools to develop an achievement plan specific to the schools' needs. * Provide training at a refined level in three components of SFA * Provide high-level implementation support for at least three major SFA components, resulting in increased levels of student achievement the implementation of the Success for All School Improvement Reform model in public schools around the country * Analyzed data to determine school needs to improve student achievement * Trained and modeled for hundreds of administrators and teachers in the teaching of the Success for All reading programs Teach K-3rd grade leveled reading groups using the Success For All curriculum in conjunction with student targets/MN state standards. o Support grade level teams with data from formative and informative assessments by collaborating and creating individual learning plans. o Differentiate instruction for intervention blocks of 1st-3rd grade in data driven leveled reading and math standard based groupings. o Create and develop individual learning plans for all students in the classroom in all curriculum areas using the RTI model on Viewpoint. o Practice daily Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP) for teaching a 95% ESL population of students. o Trained in and modeling the ENVOY non-verbal classroom management technique. o Daily and weekly collaboration with all staff including teaming to produce high student achievement.
