Description
Qualifications * Hands-on Regional Maintenance Director * Full knowledge of all power and hand tools, related field. * Excellent knowledge of facility and facility equipment repair. * Excellent trouble shooting and blueprint reading skills. * 14 years' experience working with sub-contractors, project managers, building owners, operation managers, executive directors, property managers, REIT and HUD inspectors. * Familiar with computer generated Preventive Maintenance programs. * Managed up to 40 facilities maintenance departments in five states. * Supervised up to 75 employees. * Full knowledge of WISHA and OSHA Regulations, health care facility building codes for Federal and State regulations. * Successfully completed thirteen State Fire Marshal inspections and six Federal inspections. * Prepare annual budgets and maintain monthly budgets. * Extensive travel to all facilities including quarterly to assess maintenance schedules and inspect buildings for proper repair & maintenance, projects, safety plant and fire life safety. * Joint commission experience.
