Summary of Qualifications * 14+ years of experience in mechanical engineering including over 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering with exposure to lean techniques, 7 years of experience in design engineering, 12 years of 3D modeling experience, and over 7 years of managerial experience. * Strong command of GD&T and reading component and assembly prints. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including assembly, EDM, heat treatment, side grinding, OD/ID grinding, and CNC turning and milling. Extensive knowledge of materials including super alloys, stainless steels, cast irons, tool steels, alloy steels, and engineered plastics. * Well-developed hands on skills including familiarity with using optical comparators, manual CMM, video measurement systems, micrometers, and calipers. Supported builds and repairs of automation equipment and test rigs. * Self-motivated leader looking for a new challenge with the ability to influence others with a positive attitude, upholding honesty and integrity, and leading by example.
