My primary experience is in: Estimating Mechanical design Electrical design Piping design Field coordination I have updated education through technical seminars and college courses during the span of my career. Some of the seminars and courses that I have participated in include: P&ID Development Building energy management systems Equipment arrangement Designing piping systems of oil water & gas per: B31.1 -3, -4, -8 with control valve Cv's & system pressure drop, check & approve shop, drawings. In my past experiences I have contributed to my employers in many ways. I would like to find a company were I can be a solid contributor and also learn new skills. Some of the ways I have contributed to my teams are" Selection of pumps @ optimum impeller curve & tdh, with safety factor for field modification using CAD. Perform piping thermal expansion and stress analysis calculation using appropriate safety factors for high temp, high pressure systems, locate and size springs & hangers per: calculations. Selection of heat exchangers, shell and tube, cs, ss. using CAD.AutoCad, 2013&J7/J8 /i8 Designing condensate systems from equipment too boiler feed pumps. Sizing steam traps to 50,000 gal. Condensate receiver with heat recovery venting system. Pumped return to surge tank to de-aerator tank with 3/5# steam supply chem. feed water. Locating & sizing boiler headers with differential pressure interconnection including PCV & relief valve Verify presser valves dates and settings per: P&ID, and steam packing exhauster. Layout steam piping supply system, with drip legs, traps & bypasses using CAD. HVAC, duct sizing with static regain, heat and reheat coils, face & bypass. Air intake-filtering system with dirt blow out blower and roll air filters. Compressed air system compressor, after cooler, receiver, instrument air with desiccate units & PRV. Compressor stations, Purified water systems, de-ionized (DI). Airvay system, vacuum pumps, scales & airlocks. Welding NDT, Powder Coating, estimating, healthcare facilities, med gas, supervision, plumbing design, concrete support design, pipe bent design, steel platform-walkway design, (PSM- Plant Safety Management). Deionize water storage system and transfer system including the steam heating. Digesters: Kraft process, impregnation cooking recovery process blowing screening washing bleaching processing byproducts .!
