SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * An experienced and innovative Project Manager focused on defining the customer experience journey and how a website feels to users, ensuring the website logically flows from one step to the next. * Possesses a portfolio of successfully delivered projects that demonstrate customer experience design and customer interface design expertise. * Understands customer experience design from both the customer experience designer and the manager perspectives. Performed, and led a team of, Developers and User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designers to deliver the vision of intuitive customer website experiences. * Leverages customer insights and collaborates closely to describe solutions in design documents (e.g., wire frames, storyboards, ) that guide production. * Defines the customer experience strategy and champions customer experience work with web site designers. * Substantial demonstrable experience in interaction design, complemented by knowledge of visual design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture. * Conceptualizes, designs, and develops the road to a customer's experience. * Supports web developments using fact-based analysis and diagnostic techniques to develop the insights which allow optimization of design strategies, linking of those strategies to tactics, managing resource allocations, and identifying marketing outcomes. * Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on assessing priorities when dealing with heavy workloads and tight deadlines. * Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams of designers, producers, and software developers.
