Early and Late delinquent collections, recoveries, bankruptcy collections, and skip tracing. * Responsible for development of plan and execution in relocation of National Collections department to San Marcos, TX from as an area providing a low cost quality employment base. Performance excellence exceeded expectations. Promoted to Senior Director becoming the first employee in Zale's history to earn this distinction. * Implemented the first use of drug testing in any Zale location. * Business included over 200 employees. Full P&L ownership. Responsible for all internal operations and external vendor relationships including collection agency network.
