Summary Started working full time age 17 as an assembler, was promoted to machinist at 19, completed 2 year degree in computer sci. / accting. age 21, completed BA in Bus. Mgt. and wrote my book while working in '88, continued education with CNC programming in Johnson VT., then a two year degree at Vt. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, updated CAD classes at Wentworth and earned a scholarship to get my Masters in Engineering at B.U. When I applied for disability I had 33 different jobs I had worked, 2 to 5 at a time during my work history. I am passionate about the need for responsible management, I am proud of the fact that King Arthur Flour became an employee owned business. It is a shining example of how productivity can be increased by treating people like human beings, not tools.
