MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Holtkamp Liese Law Firm) Implemented and maintained an in-house accounting and management reporting system. Replaced and eliminated outside CPA firm, bringing all financial functions into the firm, including financial statement preparation, income tax return preparation, payroll tax return preparation and filing. Implemented direct deposit system for all employees. Created and developed tax and financial planning practice area. Directly responsible for total financial results of this practice area. Replaced entire technology framework to improve efficiency and communication capabilities. Helped to increase cash basis revenues by developing daily time recording system.
