SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering * Over forty years of Electric Utility related experience in Power Systems Engineering and Operations * Registered Professional Electrical Engineer in the State of Texas * Strong engineering, management, and leadership skills * Effectively develop and maintain strong working relationships * Experienced start-up manager and at building robust organizations * Experienced at growing a successful team from the ground up, including mentoring less experienced team members * Proven ability to develop and effectively manage O&M and Capital Budgets through its Delegation Agreement with NERC is responsible for enforcing NERC Reliability Standards and facilitating the development of ERCOT Region specific standards in accordance with NERC and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) requirements as well as being responsible for investigating compliance with and reporting violations of the ERCOT Protocols and Operating Guides to the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) * Successfully started up and staffed new entity * Full management and operational responsibility for Texas RE (legally separated from ERCOT and became Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. on July 1, 2010) reporting to a new Texas RE Board of Directors o Developed and managed budget exceeding $10 Million o Performed management and technical reviews o Mentored employees * One of eight Regional Entity Management Executives in North America represent the ERCOT Region in NERC activities 1 Larry D. Grimm, P.E. * as approved by FERC monitor assess and enforce compliance with Reliability Standards by all owners operators and users of the ERCOT Bulk Power System
