SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) * 25 years of proven experience in the Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering field. * 24 years of Supervisory experience including exempt and hourly personnel in demanding manufacturing environments up to 125 employees. * Exposure to FDA, EHS, ISO certification and internal audits * Knowledgeable in the application and interpretation of labor laws, both federal and local. * Computer proficient - Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Project) * Knowledge, experience, and exposure with the following manufacturing techniques: - Lean Manufacturing - Methods Improvement - VSM - Work Sampling - 5S -Kaizen - KANBAN - Layout - SMED - Line Balancing - CAPA & Root Cause - Project Management Professional (PMP) Investigation Analysis - Time Studies * Autoclave Sterilization Expert (Cycle development & optimization, technical functionality of chambers) * Quality and Compliance Audits * CFR & FDA Audits Exposure - Yellow Belt
