Over 20 years of management experience in the health care and hospital settings with emphasis on patient care procedures, Medical Staff Services, Admissions, Billing and Collections. Over 10 years of general accounting experience in health care with strong accounts payable and payroll, general ledger and OSHPD reporting. Over 15 years of Medical Staff Services experience as a Director with emphasis on Credentialing, Professional Practice Evaluation, Medical Staff Bylaws, Title XXII and Current Joint Commission standards. Knowledge and understanding of CMS and The Joint Commission standards, NPDB guidelines, hospital policies and procedures, and general licensing regulations. Has been through multiple TJC, HFAP and DHS surveys for Acute, Sub-Acute LTAC setting including Drug and Alcohol and Psychiatric Units.
