Key Qualifications Prabir Das has 44 years extensive program and project management, planning, design and construction management experience of broad range, large-scale projects, both above and below the ground. He has successfully planed, designed, constructed and managed projects including cut-and-cover, immersed tube tunnels transit structures tunnels, both soft ground and rock tunnels shafts building, roadway and railroad bridges. Prabir started as Junior Engineer and with successful accomplishment, he was promoted to Vice President. Most of his projects received national awards. Since 1984, Prabir served as program manager, project manager, chief engineer, engineering manager, and chief structural engineer in USA and Abroad. He is licensed Professional Engineer in several states. He published over 50 papers in USA and abroad.
