Summary: * Process Definition in line with CMMI-DEV & SVC for Level 3 * Facilitating ISO External Audits & CMMI-Level 3 Implementation * Prepare SQA Reports, Obtain and Analyze customer Feedback, * To Ensure the Projects and Functions are compliant as per ISO. * Perform follow up Audits and facilitate project & support groups in closing NC's. * Keeping management informed on the status of process compliance and process Improvement Opportunities * Plan Internal Audits. * Perform Data Collection & Metrics Analysis * Identify & review Metrics program for the project to help in achieving Quality & Process Performance Objectives. * Establishing & Maintaining Process Performance Baselines. * Prepare, maintain & revise documents as per QMS requirements.
