QUALIFICATIONS__________________________________________________________________________________________________ I am most qualified for this position because I am effective, organized, caring and enthusiastic about my staff loving the patients and aspiring to grow them spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and morally. I have an interest in creating an emotionally and morally healthy environment for the patients. I also believe in leading by example by cultivating with both the staff and patients. It is highly important that my staff help others to reach their maximum potential within the field of healthcare.
